RETURN POLICY

POLICY EXEMPTIONS

We are committed to deliver you the utmost experience without any issue. In case of any complaint process, customers are strictly advised to follow some timelines.

  • 24 Hours Complaints: For physical damage/wrong product complaint, time should be less than 24 hours of delivery.
  • 07 Days Complaints: For software issues, it should be less than 07 days.
  • More than 07 Days Complaints: In case of more than 07 days, your complaints will be considered for repair only.
POLICY EXEMPTIONS

Royal Emporium promises to repair/replace the product if it experiences defects or malfunctions. It is important to follow the instructions carefully and make sure to follow all of the below mentioned guidelines before claiming a valid warranty.

  • Bluetooth Range: The Bluetooth test range should not exceed more than 10 meters.
  • Charging Process: Please do not charge with a fast charger and avoid overcharging.
  • Mobile App Connectivity: Please check the mobile app must be running in the background.
  • Water Resistant: All precautionary steps must be followed to avoid any inconvenience.
  • Battery Timings: Battery timings depend on the usage and connectivity, and it may vary.
  • Health Features: Our smartwatches are not a replacement for a fitness club or medical purposes. It is a high-tech fashion wearable product.
  • Visual Difference: Please note that the actual product may slightly differ due to the visuals or other effects on the screen.
  • Shock Proof: Make sure that you take care of your smartwatch and do not drop it from a height or on rough surfaces.

If you have breached any of the above guideline then warranty might not be claimed from Royal Emporium.

POLICY GUIDELINES

Royal Emporium makes extra efforts to ensure that you have a great experience with our products. In case of any issues, we would like to make the process easier for you but you need to fulfill these conditions for warranty claim.

  • The warranty for Zero is limited to the first purchaser of the product and is non-transferable.
  • Please ensure that you have the proof of purchase to avail our warranty service.
  • The warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of products only.
  • You can register for a warranty online here.
  • We will try to resolve the issue over call or email. We will then proceed for the process if qualified for repair and replacement.
  • You will be requested to ship the product to our location. You shall be responsible for successfully delivering the product to Royal Emporium.
  • Zero will not be responsible for any delay or damage during transit.
  • In case of any amount difference customer will transfer the amount online before dispatching.
  • We will try to be quick with the replacement. However, it might take up to 15-20 days.
  • We will make every possible effort to replace actual variant but in case of unavailability it might be replaced with another color.
  • If you request a product replacement and the product is out of stock, you will not be eligible for a refund or gift card.
POLICY VALIDITY

Our warranty will not be applicable if:

  • Dullness of color due to regular wear and tear of the product.
  • Any issues related to the look and feel of the product, low sound quality, or limited visibility under sunlight due to dust, dirt, or other particulate matter gathered on the inside of the product.
  • After the expiry of the warranty period whether or not the product was used during the warranty period.
  • If the product is not operated according to the instructions mentioned in policy criteria.
  • Damage to the product resulting from customer abuse, repair by an unauthorized person, damages by children or pets, atmospheric conditions, water logging, non-specified charger, reckless use, extreme temperature, abnormal voltage, liquid-spillage, fluctuating voltage or any other damage that go beyond human-control.
